We clarify that such consideration has to be in

Patna High Court L.P.A No.1282 of 2019(2) dt.14-11-2019 2/2 accordance with the principles laid down by this Court in the case of Rajani Kumari & Ors. Versus State Election Commissioner & Ors, reported in 2019 (6) BLJ 1 (FB). The appeal stands disposed of with the aforesaid clarification.
