2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with C.R. Case No. 167 of 2021 registered for the offence under Section 406, 420, 467, 468, 471/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner submits that the petitioner is ready to settle the dispute with the informant and he will file a compromise in the Title Suit No. 332 of 2021 pending in the Court of Sub-Judge-I, Bhabhua.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.75774 of 2023(3) dt.10-01-2024 2/2 that he may be granted provisional bail for settling the dispute in the Court.
5. In these circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be released on provisional bail for a period of fifteen
(15) days on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ACJM-III, Bhabhua in connection with C.R. Case No. 167 of 2021.
6. After being released for fifteen days, the petitioner shall file the compromise petition in the title suit and the SubJudge will thereafter pass a final order on the basis of the compromise. If the suit is decreed in view of the compromise between the parties then the provisional bail granted to the petitioner shall be confirmed. In case, the undertaking given in this Court is violated by the petitioner then the provisional bail granted to the petitioner shall be cancelled by the Magistrate.
7. With the aforesaid directions, this application is disposed of.
