JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 15-02-2018 In view of the fact that in similarly circumstanced case of petitioner in C.W.J.C. No. 8097 of 2017 specific stand was taken by the respondents for grant of two months time for payment of the dues of the petitioner. It is expected that respondents will maintain the same standard for the purpose of redressal of the grievance of this petitioner also.

Of course, in that case they have filed counter affidavit and statement has been made in paragraph 10 of the

Patna High Court CWJC No.8154 of 2017 (3) dt.15-02-2018 2/2 present writ application, but, in this case there is no counter affidavit. Having regard to the fact that all the cases involve similar question of fact and law. There is no point to keep this matter pending.

Accordingly, this writ application is disposed of with a direction to the respondent District Programme Officer (Establishment), Kaimur at Bhabhua, to examine the case of the petitioner and if it is found that the case of the petitioner is similar to the case of the petitioner of C.W.J.C. No. 8097 of 2017 similar treatment should be extended to this petitioner also within a maximum period of sixty days, from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, along with a copy of the order of this Court (Anil Kumar Upadhyay, J) SA/- U
