JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 28-04-2023 It is submitted that in the third paragraph of order dated 13.04.2023 passed in this case there is some typographical error and some superfluous words have also been typed. In view of aforesaid submission third paragraph of order dated 13.04.2023 is hereby recalled and shall be substituted by the following paragraph:- "In view of the aforesaid development, in the event of arrest or surrender within six weeks from today, let the petitioner, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Addl.
