The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341/354/354(A)/354(B)/379 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 8 of the POCSO Act.
In view of the nature of allegations made against the petitioners and that the petitioners have no criminal history, let the petitioners above named, in the event of their arrest / surrender within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.D.J.1st-cumSpecial Judge (POCSO Act), Gaya in connection with Fatehpur P.S. Case No. 256/2016, subject to the conditions as laid down
