Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State.

Petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Shankerpur P.S. Case No. 132 of 2022 registered for the offences under Section 307 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. 3.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.74140 of 2023(2) dt.28-11-2023 2/2 similarly situated co-accused person has already been granted anticipatory bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 23.08.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 52299 of 2023 as contained at Annexure-2.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, the petitioners, above named are directed to be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the concerned Court within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of A.C.J.M.-1'st, Madhepura in connection with Shankerpur P.S. Case No. 132 of 2022, subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
