Petitioner is an accused in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 341/323/324/307/302/34 of the IPC.

It is alleged that the present petitioner gave knife blow to informant Bharat Singh, as a result of which he sustained multiple injuries.

Learned counsel for the petitioner, while refuting the allegation, submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case due to local politics. It has further been submitted that nothing incriminating material has come against the petitioner to connect him with the offence. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 10.07.2019. In view of the nature of allegation against the
