The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Bakhri P.S. Case No. 232 of 2019, registered for offence punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated on the basis of false seizure list. Further submission is that nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner and she has no concern with the illicit liquor. The petitioner has no criminal antecedent and she is in custody since 06.08.2019.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.65070 of 2019(2) dt.04-11-2019 2/2 and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the above-named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional District and Sessions Judge-II-cum-Special Judge Excise, Begusarai in connection with Bakhari P. S. Case No. 232 of 2019.
