The present application has been filed for modification of the order dated 21.11.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 53753 of 2022.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that due to inadvertent the name of the father of the petitioner has been wrongly mentioned in the earlier bail petition as Vinay Prasad Sinha but the real name of the father of the petitioner is Vinay Prasad Sinha @ Dinesh Kumar Sinha. Learned counsel for the petitioner has filed an affidavit sworn by the petitioner and photo copy of the Aadhar in which it has been shown the name

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.72592 of 2022(2) dt.11-01-2023 2/2 of the father of the petitioner as Vinay Prasad Sinha @ Dinesh Kumar Sinha.

Let it be read as father's name of the petitioner "Vinay Prasad Sinha @ Dinesh Kumar Sinha" in place of "Vinay Prasad Sinha".

Accordingly, the order dated 21.11.2022 is modified only to the above extent.

The time granted for surrender and furnishing bail bonds by the petitioner is hereby extended by four weeks from today.
