2. This application for grant of regular bail arise out of Dehri (Town) P.S. Case No. 746 of 2021 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code read with Section 27of the Arms Act.

3. As per F.I.R, the deceased was killed by unknown criminals.

4. During investigation the materials including the C.C.T.V. footage from which petitioner has been identified as one of the accused, who has participated in killing of the deceased.

5. In view of the aforesaid fact, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

6. Accordingly, the prayer of bail of the petitioner is rejected herewith.

7. The Trial Court is directed to expedite the trial as early as possible.
