Both the parties are spouse. Petitioner who is the husband has offered to keep his wife with full dignity. Accordingly, petitioner is directed to surrender before the learned lower court with such offer and in case so made, the learned lower court will notice the complainant and will decide the matter in a way that no one should feel prejudice.
