JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 17-01-2020 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Complaint Case No. 483 of 2014 disclosing offences under Sections 420/34 of the Indian Penal Code. As per complaint case, there is allegation against coaccused of taking amount for admission in Engineering College and some of the amount has already been credited in the account of the petitioner.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that so far allegation of taking amount for admission, that is against other accused person and a compromise has already been reached between the parties, which will appear from Annexure 2.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.72268 of 2019(2) dt.17-01-2020 2/2 Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides, considering the above submission, this application is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M.-IX, Bhagalpur, in connection with Complaint Case No. 483 of 2014.
