The petitioner is in custody since 04.09.2019 in connection with Rafiganj P.S. Case No. 170 of 2019 for the offence registered under Section 30 (a) of the Bihar Prohibtion and Excise Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is no recovery from the conscious possession of the petitioner. It is further submitted that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Sessions Judge VII - cum- Special Judge, Excise Act,
