2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Dhanarua P.S. Case No. 238 of 2021, registered for the offence punishable u/s 302/34 of the IPC, pending in the court of learned Additional District and Sessions Judge-2nd Masaurhi, Patna.

3. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw this application.

4. Permission is granted.

5. Accordingly, this application is dismissed as withdrawn.
