Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under section 273 of the Indian Penal Code and 30(a)/38 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Petitioner is in custody since 06.09.2019.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Special Judge, Excise,
