This application, for grant of anticipatory bail, arises out of Gaurichak Police Station Case No. 295 of 2016, disclosing offences under Sections 341, 342, 354, 354 and (b)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner, who is of clean antecedent, is innocent and has not committed any offence. In fact, the petitioner happens to be a private Teacher and he used to give tuition to the informant and no over act is committed by him. The petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case due to dirty politics. Hence, the petitioner deserves the privilege of anticipatory bail.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.35281 of 2017 (4) dt.30-08-2017 Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the prayer for bail and submitted that the petitioner has made conspiracy along with other accused persons to outrage the modesty of the informant.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is not inclined to grant the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of this petitioner is rejected.
