JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 17-10-2019 Petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Akilpur P.S. Case No.24/2019 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 504, 506/34 of the IPC.

As per FIR, the petitioner and other co-accused assaulted the informant's brother causing injury to him. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that informant and others misbehaved with his mother and got a forged injury report obtained from private doctor in order to implicate the petitioner.

Heard learned APP who also opposed the prayer for bail on the ground injuries are grievous.

In view of above facts and circumstances, I am not inclined to grant the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner rather petitioner should surrender before the court

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.64907 of 2019(2) dt.17-10-2019 2/2 below and make prayer for regular bail and if any such application is filed, the court below will dispose of the same on the merit of the case, without being pejudiced by this order. This application is, accordingly, dismissed.
