The petitioners seek anticipatory bail in Kurtha (Manikpuri) P.S. Case No.81 of 2017 instituted for the offences under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 337, 307, 447, 504 and 109 of the Indian Penal Code.

It has been alleged that an altercation took place for creating ridge on the land. Petitioner and other accused persons have caused injury on the vital party of the body of the informant. Petitioner has criminal antecedent. In such view of the matter, this Court is not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on anticipatory bail. Accordingly the prayer for bail is rejected.
