====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 24-03-2023 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State.

Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that Ranjana Rashmi fraudulently obtained rent receipt in her name of the land of the complainant in collusion with other accused persons and sold the same on 22.04.2021 to this petitioner and other accused persons. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that it is purely a civil dispute. Ranjana Rashmi has got saleable right, title and possession over the land bearing Plot No. 628 (Area 3 decimals) under Khata No. 49 and after the purchase of the land by the petitioner, she has got the right, title and

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioner in the event of his arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Daudnagar, Aurangabad in Daudnagar P. S. Case No. 183 of 2022, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
