Petitioner seeks quashing of the order dated 29.07.2019 passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge-III, Gaya in B.P. Case No. 45 of 2019 (753/18) arising out of Complaint Case No.1139 of 2016 by which the provisional bail, granted to the petitioner was cancelled by learned Additional Sessions Judge-III, Gaya on 28.08.2018.

Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State, this Court is of the opinion that the present application seems to be misconceived as the petitioner and others have available remedy under law.
