2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Fatehpur P.S. Case No. 225 of 2023, registered for the offences punishable under Section 7 of the E.C. Act.
3. As per allegation, the informant seized a tempo loaded with rice. Local villagers disclosed the fact that loaded Arwa rice in the alleged tempo, was for distribution under PDS scheme but it was carried for black-marketing by the petitioner.
4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is a person of clean antecedent and has falsely been implicated in this case. From perusal of annexure-2, it becomes clear that the petitioner has previous enmity with one Pintu Kumar, at the instance of whom, the petitioner has been implicated in this case.

5. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks before the learned court below, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M.-XI, Gaya in connection with Fatehpur P.S. Case No. 225 of 2023, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
