Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Bihariganj P.S. Case No. 78 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under section 307 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that there is admitted land dispute between the parties and only to put pressure the present false case has been lodged implicating the present petitioner. There is no injury report on the record. Moreover, nothing specific has been alleged against this petitioner. Petitioner is a man of clean antecedent.
