Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to file a petition before the Collector to return the money Rs. 3,60,000/- deposited by the petitioner at the time of bid as the petitioner could not be able to deposit entire bid amount on time.
Prayer is allowed with liberty to file a petition before
Patna High Court CWJC No.10618 of 2017 (3) dt.25-06-2018 the Collector who shall consider the petition of the petitioner within three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
Accordingly, this writ petition stands disposed of as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid.
