JUSTICE BIRENDRA KUMAR ORAL ORDER 12-09-2018 The anticipatory bail of the petitioner was rejected in connection with Kishanpur Police Station Case No.61 of 2017, vide order dated 24.07.2017 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No.33214 of 2017. However, the petitioner could not surrender before the court below within time and prayer is for extension of the time.

For substantial justice, prayer is allowed with direction that the petitioner shall deposit Rs.1000/- (Rupees One Thousand) in the Victim Compensation Fund and shall produce the receipt of the same at the time of surrender within further extended period of four weeks from today.
