Learned counsel for the petitioner is defendant for title suit and petitioner filed petition for amendment by which he wanted to withdraw the admission the defendant purchased the land.

I find that the learned court has rejected the amendment petition of the defendant holding that the amendment announce to withdrawal of admission. I do not find any reason to interfere in the order.

Accordingly, this Civil Miscellaneous Jurisdiction petition is dismissed.
