This application is for grant of regular bail in connection with Murar P.S.Case No.25 of 2017, for the offences punishable under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. and from perusal of the F.I.R., it appears that a motorcycle was recovered from the house of the petitioner and further it appears from perusal of the petition that he is accused in 12 other cases also. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that he has been falsely implicated in this case and the motorcycle was parked by some other accused persons and on good faith, he allowed to park the motorcycle in his house. The petitioner is in custody for 3 1⁄2 months.

Having heard both sides and in view of criminal antecedent as well as recovery of the motorcycle, at this stage, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, however, the learned trial court is directed to expedite the trial and try to conclude it within a period of six months, if possible to conduct it on day-today basis and further the S.P., Buxar is directed to ensure presence of the witnesses in this case so that it may be concluded within the period as specified. The District Judge, Buxar is further directed to monitor the trial so that it may be concluded within the period as specified and if not concluded the petitioner may renew his prayer for bail.

With the aforesaid observation, this application is dismissed.
