Petitioners are apprehending arrest in connection with Bousi P.S. Case No. 51 of 2012 for an offence under sections 364/120(B)/504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Counsel for the petitioners submits that in the instant case police after investigation has submitted final form and the Magistrate has taken cognizance on the protest petition filed by the informant.

In view of the fact that police after investigation has submitted final form in this case, the court is inclined to grant

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.40102 of 2017 (4) dt.17-10-2017 2/2 anticipatory bail to the petitioners named above, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the CJM, Araria, in connection with Bousi P.S. Case No. 51 of 2012 subject to the condition as laid down under section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. with further condition that the petitioners will cooperate in the trial and will not, in any manner, influence the evidence or the witnesses.
