Two petitioners, apprehending their arrest in connection with Harisidhi P.S. Case No. 154 of 2018, registered for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 324, 354(B), 406, 420, 504, 506, 34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, have prayed for grant of bail in the event of their arrest or surrender. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that on false accusation F.I.R. has been lodged. He further submits that as per sale deed it is evident that entire consideration amount was given to the informant, but genesis of occurrence has been shown as if informant since had demanded Rs. 70,000/-, she was abused and assaulted. However, on examination of the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.53774 of 2018(2) dt.10-09-2018 2/2 F.I.R. I am of the opinion that there is specific accusation against the petitioners, and as such, there is no reason to entertain the prayer for grant of anticipatory bail. The petition stands dismissed.
