JUSTICE AHSANUDDIN AMANULLAH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 07-11-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Bihar State Land Development Bank (hereinafter referred to as the 'Bank').

2. In view of the law laid down by the Special Bench of this Court in the case The Organizer, Dehri C.D. & C.M. Union Ltd. vs. State of Bihar reported as 2014(1) PLJR 695, the writ petition not being maintainable stands disposed off.

3. However, the Court may observe that as has been fairly stated by learned counsel for the Bank, the petitioner shall also be paid his legal retiral dues in terms of the general policy
