2. The petitioner seeks modification of the order dated 11.08.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 47314 of 2023 to the extent that time be extended to surrender before the court below.

3. For the reasons assigned in the present modification application and the affidavit, the petitioner is directed to surrender before the court below on or before 21.12.2023.

4. The order dated 11.08.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 47314 of 2023 is modified to the aforesaid extent only. Other
