The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Rivilganj P.S. Case No.141 of 2018 registered under Section 354-B of the Indian Penal Code and Section 12 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act. Regard being had to the specific allegation made against the petitioner that he forcefully dragged the minor daughter of the informant after shutting her mouth and outraged her modesty, I am not inclined to grant him pre-arrest bail.
