Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Guraru P.S. Case No.105 of 2024 dated 21.06.2024, registered for the offence punishable u/s 397 of the IPC read with Sections 25(1-b)A, 26 and 35 of Arms Act, pending in the Court of A.C.J.M.-X, Gaya.

After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application. 4.

Permission is granted.

Accordingly, the instant application is dismissed as withdrawn.

However, petitioner is at liberty to surrender before the learned Court below within six weeks from today and seek
