The petitioner has filed the present application for the following reliefs:- (i) For issuing direction to re-investigate the matter properly after considering all the points necessary in connection with Riga P.S. Case No.454 of 2023, dated 12.11.2023, for the alleged offences under Sections 341, 323, 324, 379, 504, 506, 34 of the Indian Penal Code. (ii) For commanding and directing the respondents to conduct the investigation in proper manner and consider all the grounds presented by the petitioner

(iii) To direct the respondents to acquire the CDR of the mobile no.6204862069 which belongs to the petitioner for the period of occurrence as mentioned in the FIR.

3. For the reliefs sought by the petitioner in the present application, petitioner may move before concerned Magistrate in view of the law laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in the case of Sakiri Vasu vs. State of Uttar Pradesh reported in (2008) 2 SCC 409.

4. If such an application is filed by the petitioner, the Magistrate will pass an appropriate order in accordance with law and in accordance with the judgment passed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in the case of Sakiri Vasu (supra). (Sandeep Kumar, J) shikha/- U
