Mr. Kumar Brijendra ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 06-09-2018 Heard learned counsel for the parties.

2. The petitioner claims that he is a differently abled candidate who had applied for admission in MBBS course through National Eligibility Entrance Test (NEET). He has filed this writ application seeking a direction upon respondentauthorities to allow him admission in MBBS course in a Medical College of his choice. There is statement made in paragraph-10 of the writ application that pursuant to notice dated 10.08.2018, issued by the Bihar Combined Entrance

Patna High Court CWJC No.17627 of 2018(2) dt.06-09-2018 2/2 Competitive Examination Board (BCECEB), the date of counselling for admission was fixed on 11.08.2018. At the same breathe, in the very next paragraph it has been stated that he had applied for obtaining a disability certificate before the SubDivisional Hospital Barh, on 11.08.2018. It is evident thus, that on the date of counselling fixed by the BCECEB, the petitioner was not in possession of the desired disability certificate. In such circumstance, the petitioner cannot have any grievance against non-consideration of his case for admission against disabled quota.

3. There is yet another aspect of the matter. The last date for admission to MBBS course, appears to have expired. In view of the decision of the Apex Court, this Court cannot entertain the prayer which has been made in the writ application.

4. This application is, accordingly, dismissed. (Chakradhari Sharan Singh, J) Ashish/- U
