The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Awatar Nagar P.S. Case No. 24 of 2018 registered under Sections 188, 272, 273, 34, 120(B), 420 of the Indian Penal Code and section 30, 38 and 41 of the Excise Act. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case due to ulterior motive. Further submission is that on the basis of the confessional statement of co-accused, petitioner has been made accused in this case. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.54203 of 2018(2) dt.12-09-2018 2/2 within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the 6th Additional District & Sessions Judge, Saran at Chapra in connection with Awatar Nagar P.S. Case No. 24 of 2018, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
