The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Kotwa P.S. Case No.115 of 2017 registered under Sections 363, 504, 323, 506 and 366-A/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Regard being had to undue delay of four days in institution of the first information report as also the statement of the victim recorded under Section 164 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, as contained in Annexure-3 to the present application wherein she did not allege that the petitioner induced her by any means or seduced or forced her to illicit intercourse with another person, in the event of arrest or surrender in the court below within

Patna High Court Cr.Misc.
