2. Petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 126 ( 2 ), 115 ( 2 ), 118 (1) , 191 ( 2 ), 191 (3) , 109, 352, 351 ( 2 ) and 3(5) of BNS.
3 . The prosecution case in brief, is that informant namely, Ranbol Chaudhary alleged that on 04.07.2025 at about 10 O' Clock , all the F.I.R. named accused persons including this petitioner armed with lathi, danda , iron rod came and started abusing and assaulting informant. It is further alleged that petitioner assaulted on the head of informant with iron rod and when other people came to save him, then they were also assaulted by accused persons.

4. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioners that both parties are co-villagers and due to petty dispute , a maarpeet took place between them in which both sides sustained injuries. Case and counter case . In the alleged occurrence , petitioner also sustained injury . Petitioner claims clean antecedent. 5 . Learned counsel for the State opposed the bail petition .
6 Considering the aforesaid facts, clean antecedent of the petitioner and other circumstances of the case , in the event of arrest or surrender within eight weeks from today, let the petitioner, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate - 1 Biraul Darbhanga in connection with Biraul P.S. Case No. 236 of 2025 , subject to the conditions laid down under section 482(2) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita , 2023 .
