This application has been filed for quashing of order dated 25.02.2019 passed by learned S.D.J.M, Gopalganj in Gopalganj (Nagar) P.S. Case No. 200 of 2017/G.R. No. 1685 of 2017 by which learned Magistrate has taken cognizance against the petitioner for the offences under Sections 406 and 409 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 7 of the E.C. Act. The license of the petitioner was suspended which has been restored on 19.06.2018 by learned sub-Divisional

In view of the above, this application is allowed. The order dated 25.02.2019 passed by learned S.D.M, Gopalganj in Gopalganj (Nagar) P.S. Case No. 200 of 2017/G.R. No. 1685 of 2017 is hereby quashed.
