2. The petitioner seeks bail in Dumra P.S. Case No. 270 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections-413/414/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per allegation, on secret information, the informant along with other police party reached the place of occurrence. Seeing the police party, the accused persons along with the petitioner, who were on motorcycles, started fleeing away but they were apprehended. The petitioner was apprehended on the spot. It is further alleged that the petitioner was found to be involved in the illicit business of selling of stolen motorcycles.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. Nothing has been recovered from his conscious possession. He is under custody since 19.06.2024. He has also submitted that on exactly similar footing, co-accused Aman Kumar has been granted bail by this Court vide order dated 19.09.2024 in Cr. Misc. No. 62322 of 2024.

5. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State has opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above-named be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi in connection with Dumra P.S. Case No. 270 of 2024, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall cooperate in the trial and make himself available as and when required by the court.
