====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ARVIND SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 21-12-2017 Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks one more indulgence in the matter.

Learned A.S.G.I. has opposed the submission of the petitioner and submitted that despite several directions of this Court, the petitioner has not chosen to appear before the Investigation Officer, Directorate of Revenue Intelligence (D.R.I.), therefore, the conduct of the petitioner shows his malafide intention in order to linger the matter as he has already been granted interim protection by this Court.

In view of the submission and the perusal of the order dated 01.12.2017 and 14.12.2017, this Court is of view that admittedly the petitioner has deliberately and intentionally chosen

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.45379 of 2017 (10) dt.21-12-2017 not to comply the order of this Court. Therefore, considering the conduct of the petitioner and without entering into the merits of the case, this Court is not inclined to entertain the application of this petitioner and the same is, accordingly, dismissed for noncompliance of the order dated 01.12.2017 and 14.12.2017.
