Petitioner apprehend arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304(B), 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is a case of dowry death.

Petitioner is mother-in-law of the deceased.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that thrust of allegation is against husband of the deceased who is already in custody. It is next submitted that allegation against the petitioner is general and omnibus. Petitioner is separate in mess and property and is not concerned with the family affairs of the couple. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioner in the event of her arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Lakhisarai in Barahiya P.
