The petitioners are apprehending arrest in connection with Sugauli P.S. Case No. 182 of 2018 for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 379, 504 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the nature of allegation levelled against the petitioner No.1, let the petitioner above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000 (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, East Champaran, in connection with Sugauli P.S. Case No. 182 of 2018, subject to

However, the Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner no.2. Accordingly, anticipatory bail prayer of petitioner no.2 is hereby dismissed. However, dismissal of the anticipatory bail application will not cause prejudice to the petitioner no.2 and in the event, the petitioner no.2 surrender before the Court below and prays for regular bail, the Court below is hereby directed to dispose of the application for regular bail of the petitioner no.2 on the same day in accordance with law without being prejudice by this order.
