2. While granting the bail to the petitioner vide order dated 19.08.2024 one of the condition was that his criminal antecedent shall be verified as no criminal antecedent was mentioned in paragraph-3 of the bail application.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner was granted bail in that case and due to mistake, the criminal antecedent of the petitioner was left to be mentioned in paragraph-3.

4. On the other hand, learned APP for the State has opposed the petition by submitting that the petitioner knowingly

5. The petitioner has one criminal antecedent of similar nature of case which was concealed by him in paragraph no. 3 in Cr. Misc. No. 55401 of 2024. It was the reason that his bail bond was not accepted.

6. I do not find any reason to interfere with the order of the learned court below. Accordingly, this application is dismissed.
