2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Sheikhpura P.S. Case No. 240 of 2024, registered for the offence under Sections 323, 341, 447, 354B, 307, 504, 506, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and section 8 of the POCSO Act.

3. It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the matter has been settled and the girl has deposed in favour of the petitioner. While the trial has started and petitioner wants to rely on the statement of the victim girl and it should be considered by the Trial Judge and not by this Court.

4. Accordingly, this application is dismissed, in view
