2. The petitioner has prayed for regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 325, 328, 307 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code and subsequnetly added Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. The case of the prosecution is that a local chowkidar received an information that a lady in half burnt stage is there below Mohanpur bridge of Baghmati river near Matth. The informant went there and found that an unknown lady whose legs were in water and the lady was crying but she was not able to speak anything. None of the villager could identify her. The lady was rushed to Sadar hospital, Sheohar. The informant suspects that unknown miscreants have

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that from perusal of the FIR it is clear that the case was filed against unknown miscreants. The name of this petitioner has surfaced in this case as he is the husband of the deceased. Learned counsel further submits that the petitioner is in custody since 24.11.2023. During trial altogether four witnesses have been examined. PW-1, the informant himself has not stated anything regarding the involvement of this petitioner in the occurrence. Other witnesses have also not stated anything about the occurrence.
5. The application for bail is opposed by learned APP for the State. Learned APP further submits that the trial is at advance stage.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the above facts and circumstances, this Court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail with the condition that the petitioner shall appear in the court on each and every date and shall co-operate in the trial. The above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the court of learned Sessions
