Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under section 30(A) of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise Amendment Act, 2018.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. From the prosecution report, it is evident that nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of this petitioner. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Petitioner is in custody since 20.08.2019.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the
