2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 448, 324, 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code registered in connection with Khaira P.S. Case No. 267 of 2015.

3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated and final form was submitted after due investigation by police.

4. From the F.I.R. it is alleged that the petitioner assaulted the wife of the informant with a knife in her stomach. From the order of the learned Sessions Judge, it appears that after examining the case diary it transpired that the injury report shows that three punctured wound in the stomach of the informant's wife.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.52519 of 2018 (2) dt.20-09-2018 Co-accused Tulo Ravidas who is said to have assaulted the informant with an iron rod on his face also appeared to be supported with the injury report. The injuries were said to be grievous.

5. Having regard to the nature of the accusations and gravity of the offence alleged, this Court is not inclined to grant the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. The anticipatory bail petition stands dismissed.
