Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.78255 of 2019(4) dt.19-05-2023 2/2 has taken cognizance against the petitioners for the offences under Sections 323, 341, 354, 380, 34 of the Indian Penal Code. In view of the settlement between the parties which has been accepted by opposite party no. 2, this application is allowed. The impugned order 09.01.2019 passed by learned A.C.J.M-VI, Danapur in Complaint Case No. 695C of 2018 is hereby quashed.
