2. Earlier regular bail petition of the petitioner was rejected by this Court vide order dated 01.07.2024 in Cr. Misc. No. 20213 of 2024

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is husband of the deceased. He has further submitted that while rejecting the bail application of the petitioner, it was observed by this Court that the family members of the deceased were not informed before cremating of the dead body. He has also submitted that as a matter of fact, the family members of the deceased were informed before cremation and this fact emanates from the depositions of Pws 9 & 10. He has next submitted that out of 16 witnesses, 12 have

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.71964 of 2025(2) dt.31-10-2025 2/2 been examined. It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the remaining four witnesses are police officials.

4. It appears that the trial is on the verge of its conclusion.

5. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances of the case, there shall be no interference with the order dated 01.07.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 20213 of 2024 and accordingly, the same is rejected.

6. The Senior Superintendent of Police, Patna, shall take all steps for the production of the remaining four witnesses (the police witnesses) in the Court for their deposition. If they appear for their depositions, they shall not be returned without recording their examination-in-chief and cross-examination.

7. It is expected that the trial shall be concluded within a period of six months.
