The petitioner is in custody since 07.06.2017 in connection with Kesariya P.S. Case No.207 of 2016, G.R. No.3986 of 2016, registered for the offence under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 324, 323, 325, 307, 379, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.
Considering the fact that the petitioner has no criminal antecedents and that the incident arose on account of petty dispute and also that there was no repetition of blows, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the
